The following table gives the time lapsed between the
attainment of Nirwana(moksh) of 24 Jain Tirthankars. The unit of time used are Saagar, Palya
and year. Both the units Saagar and Palya are exceptionally big units
and consist of innumerable number of years. The details are given below:
1014 addhyapalya = one saagar.
Take
2000 kosh (kosh is the unit of length approximately one mile) deep and 2000
kosh diameter ditch, and put the finest and smallest pieces of sheep hairs into
the ditch. Once the ditch is filled, every one hundred years, take one
hair out. The amount of time it takes to take out all the hairs is called
a conventional palya (vyavahar palya). Innumerable conventional palya
is called uddhar palya. Innumerable of this uddhar palya is called addhya
palya.
1014 addhyapalya = one saagar.

Lord Mahavira attained Nirwana in 527 BC.
Note: Lord Krishna and Bagwhan Neminath were contemporary; that is, they were born in the same era. According to the above table, Neminath attained moksh 84000 years prior to Bagwhan Mahavira, therefore Lord Krishna was born about 86000 years ago.
Similarly, Lord Ram and Bagwhan Munisuvrata were contemporary. According to the above table, Munisuvrata attained moksh 11 lakh years prior to the moksh of Neminath. That means Lord Ram was born 11 lakh years before Lord Krishna was born.

Looks like timeline of evolution from the time of first primates. Another great example showing the understanding of Indian sages about our past.
